However, in order to participate in certain events such as, Online Film Festival, Production Board, Crew Database, and Screaming Room, you will be required to register and become a member of Haydenfilms LLC.

Other personally identifiable information will be required such as, your full name and mailing address). We use this information to contact you about the services on our site in which you have expressed interest.

Haydenfilms LLC, our partners, and advertisers will sponsor an online film festival, contests, and or sweepstakes. All relevant privacy information for these events will vary, and official rules will be separately posted governing each specific contest. The information you submit will not be used for any other purpose, and will be deleted once your request is fulfilled.

When participating in our Crew Database, you will be required to fill out a short survey including your name, telephone number, e-mail address, and experience within the industry. The Crew Database is to provide filmmakers with specific information they need to find other filmmakers in their area in which to collaborate.

Our Online Production Board is designed for production companies or filmmakers to post their current or up-coming productions. The Haydenfilms.com Production Board facilitates filmmakers with listings for open calls and auditions.

For submission to our Haydenfilms Online Film Festival, you must fill out our official submission form that contains questions involving personally identifiable information. This information will remain confidentially on file at Haydenfilms LLC, and will not be shared with any third parties.

Haydenfilms LLC does not provide our partners, investors, or advertisers, with any exposure to your personal information, only aggregate statistics. Haydenfilms LLC strongly advises third party investors, advertisers, and partners to respect the policies we have created to protect our Members and visitors.

Haydenfilms LLC uses outside companies to handle orders, and you will be billed for your services or goods through a credit card processing company.
