After the film I started to put it together I think, but... it was an odd choice to start with the birthday party. I got he was divorced but at first I thought he was coming to his daughter's party with her new Dad. Of course, I was glad that wasn't true after the next scene. lol.
Anyway, it needed some help with coherence overall. I get that he was confusing the daughter for his wife, but I didn't know who he thought was dead. The blond women were just too close (and maybe it's clearer when not streamed over the internet I don't know.)
The montage at the end didn't work for me. It wasn't clearing anything up for me or bringing me to any new conclusions. Whatever the final shot was supposed to mean, I don't know.
The music worked about half the time, the other half it was distracting to me. I do like a good film without dialogue, but I'm not sure if it really worked for this one.
Couple of great images and sections that show some real filmmaking talent.
